interesting read. i think in terms of skilling apart from setting up institutions / mediums for proper skilling, i feel awareness & exposure about ‘what life can’ be super important.

i’ve observed in tier2/3 cities, its not a hard work issue, its a dreaming issue. they aren’t exposed to dreaming big, maybe due to unawareness or they current life condition too.

skilling infra is there, i feel the youth needs to dream and get out of herd mindset.

awareness for parents, children and all ages is super important. mosf of tjis tier 2/3 wolrs om advice from neighbours, reels, basically proximity. of proximity is spreading bad advice, it trickles.
